Minneapolis Property Inspections

North Construction & Restoration works closely with insurance agents, realtors, property management companies, commercial general contractors, and residential home builders to assist you and your clients.  Whether you need a routine inspection of your property’s exterior or a damage assessment after a storm, North Construction & Restoration performs inspections of roofs, siding, stucco, windows, flashings, gutters, and downspouts.

Insurance Agents

North Construction & Restoration is a preferred contractor with multiple insurance companies as well as an approved contractor with the First Choice Repair Program. We also work directly with many local agents and agencies to assist with their clients when a loss or potential loss has occurred. Within 24 hours of receiving a report of storm damage on your client’s property, and immediately in a fire or water damage event, a North Construction & Restoration representative will visit to perform an inspection. Based off of inspection results, we will recommend whether the damage constitutes filling a claim or not. Our free inspection process helps clients from filling unnecessary claims when the damage is too minimal. As a full-service firm, we are capable of handling all repairs necessary to restore the property to pre-loss condition.

We are experienced at managing insurance claims and performing insurance restorations. As an intermediary between you and your client, we’ll ensure the process moves as quickly and smoothly as possible. Buying agents: If your buyer has made an offer on a home contingent upon inspection, North Construction & Restoration’s trained restoration representatives are available to accompany the home inspector and evaluate the exterior of the property at no charge. This additional step is in your client’s best interest and benefits all parties.

Property Management

North Construction & Restoration will inspect your entire portfolio in order to establish a baseline assessment of each property’s exterior condition with a detailed report. If any damages or inefficiencies are found in this initial inspection, we will recommend all necessary restorations in addition to a recommended routine maintenance schedule for all properties.

Our team is prepared to provide immediate response in the event of an emergency, such as storm, fire, or water damage. A repair crew will be dispatched to your property immediately after the call.
